A neat and quick way for numbers when looking for that consistent loss of weight.

Theres no gender choice so the calculations are automatically wrong for half the population.
This app is great for anyone who is serious about meal planning and wants to keep good track of their macros daily. However the database is VERY limited. I searched Greek yogurt and only got 16 results? Improve on that and youll be easier to use and better than MyFitnessPal!!
Pros: -lets you tweak your macros to your specific tastes -lets you differentiate between workout/nonworkout days with different calorie and macro goals -easy to understand visual data in the form of pie charts and graphs Cons: -limited database; basically have to input all your own foods. Overall: the pros FAR outweigh the cons. Lovely app to use on the go
a must have if you are closely monitoring your intake. It has various setting of activity choices for the day that way you can change your RDI according to your specific day.
The calorie recommendation is ridiculously high for me (a woman) since there is nowhere to choose your gender. Pretty much garbage
It crashes whenever I try to make a new plan category and choose the summary tab... So much for trying to organize my carb cycling but still an amazing app!
Easy to use. Not many variables. Adding options like wanting to gain muscle, loose weight, lean up etc would make this app better.
Not very accurate
Wish it had a intake tracking system to help hit your daily goal ???
The calculations are wrong. This app is a waste.
Bad. Limited. Why bother?
This app is very limited in the information required for input. No settings for age or height. Im a slender 60 year old man. This app would have me consume almost 74% of my calories from fat to maintain or gain weight!
I am eating a paleo-type diet, and didnt want an app that tried to grade my food choices - since they invariably use a scale suited for a grain-based diet. I know Im eating the types of food I want to, and just needed a good way to track calories and macronutrients. This is perfect for me. Only thing that would make it better is a version without ads!
Wont even open for me. iPhone 4 iOS 5.1.1.
Seems accurate to me I think people dont like it cause they dont know how to count macros and want food selections but that doesnt matter as long as protein carbs and fats are met you are on track. Its more for the educated not like other apps
Totally recommend. I will buy it. Worth it.
Im able to find all the foods, even if some are on the online database. Theres a detailed count for each food and variety on what youre looking out of counting your macros.
Easy to set up, but not very accurate. Terrible food selection. You would literally have to enter every macro of every meal by hand instead of just being able to search and find what youre looking for.
Crashes when you select tracker
